Len Ashby – Founding Partner
Len Ashby is an ‘outside the box’ strategic thinker – with sound business acumen and strong IT skills. He quickly identifies the critical success factors for successful electronic service delivery.
Len is currently leveraging his international expertise as a Management Consultant in two key roles that capitalize on his years of experience, insight, and maturity:
- Subject-matter expert in IT Projects – Len has served as an “expert witness” to resolve several litigation disputes over failed IT projects, several involving large international system integrators
- Consultant-emeritus – As a mentor, Len provides objective counsel to other consultants about all aspects of assignments – from understanding the “ask” to managing “difficult” clients and meeting professional and contractual obligations

Judi Bachmann – Managing Director
Judi Bachmann has more than twenty years of experience as a management consultant in IT Strategy. She has used her extensive knowledge of business, technology and human nature to develop viable business and IT strategies for private and public sector organizations in Canada, Australia and internationally. Judi has also played the role of “educator” throughout her career.
Judi’s greatest strength is in “seeing possibilities” for her clients and their markets. She is currently using her expertise to create:
- Digital content strategies – aligning web-based platforms and content with business and marketing objectives
- Writing and Editing – ensuring that content for digital and hard-copy publication is accurate, and appropriate to their audience as well as the media
Consulting knowledge: Strategic planning, information architecture, business process re-engineering, software evaluation and procurement, methodology development, training, and digital content strategy.
Industry expertise: Pharmaceutical, financial services, transportation, public utilities, government, and not-for-profit.
